Severe Weather Alert.

An area of low pressure over the southcentral Caribbean coupled with a high pressure ridge over the western Atlantic, will continue to influence weather conditions across sections of the island.

This will result in  periods of showers with possible flash flooding, especially over low lying and flood prone areas of eastern parishes, over the next day or two.

Residents should exercise extreme caution due to rising waters and possible flash flooding in the vicinity of showers.
