Lightning kills man in Portland

An elderly man from Portland died after he was
struck by lightning in the quiet community of Zion Hill yesterday.
Errol Forbes, a carpenter was hit by a bolt of
lightning as he walked from his workshop to his house between two clothes lines, made of copper
wire.
A relative of Forbes explained he was hit by a
bright lightning bolt with a very loud sound, as he walked towards the house for breakfast. He fell
on the ground unconscious. He was rush to hospital where he was pronounce
dead.
